GRAND CHAMPION SPONSOR - $1500
As a Grand Champion Sponsor you have the choice to sponsor a Grandstand event of your choice. Grandstand events to choose from include: Tractor Pull, Rogue Rodeo, Demolition Derby, or the Midway Carnival. Please check the event you would like to be recognized as a sponsor of on the sponsorship form.

4 Weekend Parking Passes
Four weekend parking passes for the duration of the County Fair.

Grand Champion Sponsors will be allowed to enter the Grandstand arena 45 minutes (15 minutes before general audience is allowed to enter) before the start of the Grandstand show set start time to pick and save their seats. For example the Tractor Pull is at 7pm - arrive at 6:15 to enter the grandstand for early seating.
Verbal announcements during your sponsored Grandstand event of your choice!
Grand Champion Sponsors will have verbal announcements during the Grandstand event of their choice. Announcements will be made by the event announcer.
11x17 Printed Fair Poster
Share the excitement of the Houston County Fair with a printed 11x17 Fair poster to display at your business location. Posters will be delivered to your business 1-2 months before the fair.
4'x 8' Banner displayed in the Grandstand Event arena during your selected event
Banners will be hung on the inside of the Grandstand arena with visibility to the audience during the entire duration of the event. Banners must be supplied by the Sponsor and have grommets for hanging.
Business name listed as Grandstand sponsor on premium lists, advertising and event page
This includes all paid and unpaid advertising for Grandstand events including but not limited to: Local Radio Station ads, Meta ads, website and printed marketing materials used to promote the Houston County Fair.
Banner displayed around the fair grounds for the entire weekend
4' x 4' banner of your business logo displayed around the fair grounds for the entire weekend. Locations will be determined during the week of fair. In the past banners have been hung in the Beer Gardens.

Save the date for the Sponsor and Volunteer Appreciation Dinner held Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 for a free supper provided by the Houston County Fair Board.
RESERVE CHAMPION SPONSOR - $1000
As a Reserve Champion Sponsor you have the choice to sponsor a Grandstand event of your choice. Who can be a sponsor of the Houston County Fair?
Any person, or business can be a sponsor of the Houston County Fair.
Do I need to be a Houston County resident to be a sponsor?
You do not need to live in Houston County, nor does your business have to reside in Houston County to become a Sponsor of the Houston County Fair.
When will I receive my tickets, passes and posters as a sponsor?
Grandstand tickets, parking passes, and posters will be distributed to you as a sponsor 1-2 months before the Fair.
How do I become a Sponsor?
Simply download the sponsorship form here, fill out the information, and mail in your payment to become a sponsor.
Is my sponsorship tax deductible?
Yes. The Houston County Fair is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit, we will provide receipt of your donation/sponsorship after we have received it in the mail. If you need an invoice before sending the sponsorship check, please email Raychel at houstoncountyfairmn@gmail.com.
When are sponsorships due?
Sponsorships for the calendar year are asked to be submitted before May 15th, 2026, to ensure you are listed in the premium lists, websites, and all printed advertisements for the year.
Sponsorships received after May 15th can still be listed as a Sponsor, but may not be inlcuded in all advertising and marketing efforts.
